Go to https://privacy.apple.com Enter your Apple ID and password which you want to delete permanently. After login Accept Privacy Policy Press Countinue. Select "Delete your account" after getting started you will come on next page. Select "Reason" why you want to delete your account. After accepting "Deletion Terms and Conditions" and press "Countinue". After that print code because these codes after minutes required cor confirmation of deletion of account.
